To calculate the score you need to fill in all fields.
The fields 'Patient well-being', 'Abdominal pain' and 'Abdominal mass' are single-selection. For the field 'Number of liquid or soft stools' you must refer to the day before the visit; this field is blank, with the possibility of engtering a number from 1 to 25.
The field 'Complications' is the only one with the possibility of multiple selection; the calculator counts each type of complication selected.
