To calculate the score you need to fill in all fields.
In the field 'Number of liquid or soft stools (evaluated within a week)' you must enter a whole number; the field is limited to two digits, so the maximum number you can enter is 99.
Other fields provide a drop-down menu, with single or multiple choice, guiding the selection of the appropriate value.
For 'Hematocrit' you are asked to indicate the sex and the present value of hematocrit, expressed as a percentage. The application then shows the difference in percentage points between the current value inserted and the standard value (47% for men and 42% for women).
Similarly, for the field 'Body weight' you must specify the height in cm and the current weight in kilograms. The application, on the basis of sex and height, identifies the standard weight and shows the relative percentage change using the following calculation formula:
% Change vs. standard weight = 100 x ((standard weight - current weight) / standard weight).
